To purchase a product or service from our website, you need to provide your name, address, and contact details. When you order through our online checkout process, it means you have placed an order with Nata Concept Store. Please review your order and correct any mistakes. Let us know immediately if you notice any errors. We will try our best to fix any mistakes, but it depends on the progress of your order. You'll receive an order acknowledgement, and when we dispatch your order, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation by email, which means we have accepted your order.
There are several reasons why we might reject an order, including the following:

Orders are typically sent out within 5 full working days from the date of order placement. However, we reserve the right to adjust our dispatch times based on the current volume of orders.
Payment must be made in full before any work is carried out on your order or before it is dispatched.
The goods will be delivered to the specified location within the agreed timeframe or, if no agreement is in place, within 30 days from the date of the contract. We will not be held responsible if you or your designated recipient fail to accept delivery of the items, and we may charge additional fees for redelivery if the order is returned to us. Once you receive your order, it becomes your responsibility. Any changes you make to the delivery arrangements with the courier directly will release Nata Concept Store from managing, tracking, or guaranteeing the delivery, including the use of a predetermined safe place. Nata Concept Store will not be liable for any losses resulting from the use of a safe place. An order can only be considered lost if it has not been received within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

- You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing email@example.com, please provide us with a reason. If the order has already been shipped we will not be able to refund you.
- If there is any issue with your order, please contact Nata Concept Store immediately. Include 2 different photographs of the problem and provide a detailed explanation in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All items should be checked on the day of delivery, and any damages should be reported to us within 72 hours. Damaged items reported after this time will not be refunded or replaced.
Our prices are periodically evaluated and we retain the discretion to make changes to pricing without advanced notification. This encompasses both the pricing of items and associated shipping costs.
