1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

Shipping rates will automatically be calculated at checkout and will match your current location.

2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Please allow up to 7 working days for your UK delivery. EU and US orders can take 2 weeks plus.

3. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you paid for tracked shipping you will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation (if you have picked tracked delivery.)

4. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, please email us straight away with your order number to amend. We will contact you to let you know if this is possible.

5. CAN I GET A REFUND?

At the minute we do not offer returns. We can assure you with confidence that our products are described and photographed to standard and accuracy.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of items is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

6. WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?

In the event an item is damaged on arrival, please send us an email with photos of the damaged item(s). We do everything we can to package your purchases securely, but will issue refunds if an item has been damaged in transit.
